It ended on Sunday 11th June the second appointment for the season 2006 of the Riva Meetings. The Helicopter Meeting, this year at its second edition, has seen as main charachters Riva motoboats and 20 helicopters, most of which owned by people who took part also to the last edition of this meeting. For four days participants were given the chance to visit the Riva shipyard in Sarnico, to test the boats produced in the historical headquarters and to enjoy at the most their aircrafts flying above some of the most beautful landscapes of Lombardy, on the Iseo, Maggiore and Garda Lakes. Thanks to the consolidated relationship of Riva with the Italian Army, they have also had the opportunity to admire the exhibition of an A129 Mangusta and of a SICORSKY HH3F, while on Saturday night a partnership was born between Riva and the Frecce Tricolori which has then been topped on Sunday by the exhibition of the national acrobatic air squadron above Lazise, on the Garda Lake, where participants have been hosted by the Nautica Casarola, Riva historical dealer. The next appointment with the Riva Meetings 2006 will be in July, from 6th to 8th, with the first edition of the Riva Trophy Monaco-St. Tropez.
